Old farmhouse with almost 8000m2 in beautiful Slovakia

We hereby offer for sale our beautiful piece of flat land (almost 8000m2) with cottage refurbishment (no facilities) + stable (refurbishment).

The stable has the following dimensions 33 x 9 m and the house is 8.80 x 9 m with almost 500m2 of new roofing sheets.

Power connection is just outside the plot, on sale, I will make sure the cable goes into the ground and fuse box at the house.

For water, there is a natural spring where you can make a well for (drinking) water. If necessary, I can also dig a well with buyers, as I have an excavator.

We bought this piece of land to create our own (mini) campsite there until we got the opportunity to start a campsite near our house. (Camping Never Finished)
Since we could suddenly buy the house and land from our neighbour, we started our campsite there.

So we want this for the adventurer for sale.

It is also a fantastic place just for living.

This place is located a few hundred metres outside the village of Drzkovce it is a small valley (camping the small valley, as a potential name) surrounded by trees and a small stream flows along the plot.
It is a very quiet place and you do not hear anything from the village and you can live completely self-sufficient water source is on the plot.

The whole area is Beautifully rolling and wooded.
In the whole area there is no camping nothing and we are 60km away and there we have our campsite.
And we started our campsite last year and have found that there is a lot of demand for this type of campsite

Why Slovakia?

-Slovakia is a beautiful natural, forested and rolling country.
-The lovely climate,always nice and warm in summer and not too cold in winter.
-Slovakia is also a very clean country.
-it is slightly bigger than the Netherlands but only 5.5 million people live there.
-Slovaks are free on their own so you won't be bothered by the Dutch meddling either.
-You have little to no crime in Slovakia.
-If you buy land or a house in Slovakia, it belongs to YOU and you can do whatever you want on your land or with YOUR house. (Of course, you also need building permits) but in the Netherlands you buy land/house but it actually belongs to the state.
-Slovaks are very friendly.

Basically, life in Slovakia is a considerable lot cheaper so it pays off a lot faster here. Sample property tax for this property is €23 per year!!!
No road tax only tolls (€60 a year) and good roads though!!!
