The house was built in 2018 and is located at Minitopia Poeldonk in 's-Hertogenbosch. Minitopia is a super fun community where residents have designed and built their homes themselves. The house can also be called a Small House as it has a living area of over 90 m2. This does not include the spacious deck overlooking a nature lake surrounded by reeds, where you can enjoy water birds and the sun until late in the evening and where skating is in full swing at the first good frost. On the ground floor you will find 2 storage cupboards, bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room. This ground floor has lots of windows, letting in lots of light. The high ceiling and the large round window in the wood-finished wall give the house a unique and warm feel. The house has a spacious kitchen with an oven and a 4-burner hob and views over the garden and grounds. The entire house is heated by a pellet stove, the convenience of a modern stovewith the cosiness of a fireplace. Heat is diffused by a silent ceiling fan that also provides cooling in summer. The bathroom with toilet has a shower, sink and storage cupboard. The hot water supply is an 80-litre electric boiler.
